Supporting LA Fire Relief Efforts: Join Us in Uplifting Our Community

At BSPOKE/LA, we believe the story of Los Angeles is incomplete without the resilience, compassion, and collective action of its people. In the wake of the recent devastating fires, our neighbors are rallying to provide meals, resources, and safe spaces for those impacted. Overwhelmed donation centers now need volunteers to organize and distribute supplies, and mutual aid networks are stepping in to offer essential support. Here’s how our community is responding, how you can get involved, and the resources available to help rebuild.

The Fairfax Community in Action

The Hundreds: Known for their iconic streetwear, The Hundreds has created a special limited-edition t-shirt to raise funds for wildfire relief efforts. The proceeds from each sale are going directly to support affected families and first responders. Support their efforts here

Braindead: A cornerstone of the LA creative community, Braindead has launched an ongoing donation drive to support fire relief efforts. They’re actively collecting essential items like food, water, and hygiene products, with drop-off locations at their store. For more information about how to drop off your items, click here

Melrose Trading Post: Our beloved Melrose Trading Post has always been about community, and now it’s giving back in a big way. 100% of proceeds from vendor spaces are going to wildfire relief efforts

Brooklyn Projects: As a core part of our skate culture, Brooklyn Projects is doing its part by donating proceeds from exclusive merchandise to wildfire relief

Yeastie Boys Bagels:  If you’ve ever had the pleasure of grabbing a bagel from Yeastie Boys, you know how much love they put into their food. Now, they’re showing that same love by feeding frontline workers. Partnering with World Central Kitchen, their trucks have been stationed at the Pasadena Convention Center, providing hot meals to those working tirelessly to keep our city safe

Sugartaco:  In a simple but powerful gesture, Sugartaco is offering free meals to firefighters. They’re also organizing a food drop to make sure those on the ground have the fuel they need to keep going. It’s heartwarming to see how businesses are thinking of the people on the frontlines of this crisis, making sure they’re fed and appreciated

Our community has stepped up in incredible ways, but there’s still so much to be done. Many donation centers are at capacity, which is a beautiful problem to have. But now, what’s needed most is hands-on help to get those supplies where they’re needed. If you’ve got some time to spare, here are a few places where you can lend a hand:
